Success in show business is unlike success in any other field, you could almost say there’s no business like it if you’d never heard the song. Nowhere is that more apparent than at Cannes during the MIPCOM event – known as the equivalent of the Film Festival for TV.

Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Sequel
We’re only a little over two weeks into the launch of Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Movie, but its success has meant that a sequel is already in the pipeline. RTE is today reporting that the BBC has expressed an interest in working with Brendan O’Carroll to make a sequel to the current film, which has been a huge commercial success.
